Tapas Hot Yoga is commited to an open, positive, and collaborative approach to fulfilling the needs of our community. It is our deeply held belief that there is no one "right path" that is best for everyone. By welcoming a broad array of disciplines and creating a safe and non-judgmental environment we believe that everyone (students and teachers alike) will have an opportunity to find their own best path.

This cutting-edge, hands-on, comprehensive stretch class is designed just for men.
Co-taught by dynamic duo Megan Grennan (“Best of the Vineyard”) & Claire Parkhurst (Highly acclaimed Massage Therapist, Certified Barkan Yoga Teacher, and owner, Tapas Hot Yoga).
Learn safe and effective ways to address chronic patterns of tightness, pain and injury due to inflexibility of muscles and fascia.
Clear hands-on instruction, professional assistance, and take-home techniques to maintain freedom of movement and ease in all that you do.
Sessions are Thursdays at 4:30 pm.
