Tapas Hot Yoga welcomes students of all varieties of yoga (hot or not) as well as newcomers who are interested in
giving heated yoga a try. Our teaching staff has backgrounds in Barkan, Baptiste and other forms of hot yoga,
as well traditional (non-hot) forms.
In addition to our regular class schedule, we will hold focused workshops and trainings as well as special programs with visiting distinguished guest teachers. Special events and workshops will be posted on our Upcoming Events
Whether you're visiting for the weekend, the week, the month, or the whole season, you don't have to leave your practice
at home. The staff at Tapas is used to accommodating visitors. Regardless of whether you're new to yoga or have decades of practice, the teachers at Tapas will pay attention to your background, any special accommodations or restrictions,
and make you feel at home.
And if you came for a vacation and decided to stay...there is no better way to build a long-term practice that suits your needs.
Tapas Hot Yoga is committed to an open, positive, and collaborative approach to fulfilling the needs of our community. It is our deeply held belief that there is no one "right path" that is best for everyone. By welcoming a broad array of disciplines and creating a safe and non-judgmental environment we believe that everyone (students and teachers alike) will have an opportunity to find their own best path.
This philosophy will be apparent in the breadth of talent of the teaching staff, the distinguished guest teachers coming to Tapas,
in our collaborative relationship with other yoga studios, and in the positive attitude we embrace.
